EE blocking website

EE is blocking this website https://www.verytastyworld.com/ It's a legit website which has been scanned many times and is deemed safe. Why would EE be blocking it?

I've had a double check and this website is working fine for me on both EE mobile data and broadband, so it does look like it's being categorised by elsewhere like @XRaySpeX and @Mustrum have suggested. 

Fingers crossed you manage to get this sorted with Norton, and please keep us posted on how you get on, too.

Thank you. Appreciate your reply. Yes, it's really frustrating but it was helpful to know that it was Norton doing the blocking, even if they have already reassigned the website as safe.
