Hi,
I cannot link my broadband to my app so I can't set up family security. It allows me to put in the account number but when I get to adding my phone number i get an error message 'we were unable to generate a passcode, please try again later'.
Any help much appreciated,

I would perhaps try putting in the number in different formats to ensure that is not the issue ie 00447xxxx or +447xxxx
Should that not be fruitful i would perhaps clearing the browsing history on the device or try a a different browser or device. Failing that I would call EE who will be able to assist I'm sure
