Contract

I've recently started a new broadband account and am 3 months in. The contract started in February 2025 at the agreed price of 25.99 for 24 months after an error on my previous account. When starting a contract should the price that was given on the day by the EE guide remain the same throughout the rest of the contract even if there is a slight price rise a month or two later? As I've never encountered this before with any other service provider. I've paid 25.99 for two months, now it's 28.99 coz of the price increase and been charged a part payment as well I've never had this problem before when starting a contract the price has remained the same until contract has ended?

@Sian78  Yes you are still subject to the yearly price increase.   This isn’t a new thing it’s been going on for years.

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.
