EE are just rubbish and liars

I have spent over 5 hours on the phone, and still they lie, was told I would get update broadbraod twice and never got, I have never got a confirmation leuiopmentter or email to what services I have, messed up my mobile, finally someone called me after I complained, BUT they like the sound of the own voice for more than mine, told me they had cancelled my new broadband, and they told I could live as I have signed, they promise to send me my contact, which they have not, sent me email to look at my bill, and when I login its not there, they should go the jail

Somehow EE have messed my account so I cannot see my statement, but they still take money from my account,

Did the team open a support ticket to get your EE account looked into by the relevant team?

They said they are looking into it, and report it someone but all the calls I have had which is a lot ,nothing has changed, about from they all day different from the last call I have had, Burt they told it was a call centre snd no managers could help me, so let me report that to off com, and also they told said you charge for a letter, thet id the first time anyone had said that all well., so I still have no idea what my contact is, EE needs to looking into that not one person has said the same thing, so all I say is that they all must wrong,

And yes I want to see my statement, And I do wish to pay for the postage as this mess is all down to EE

why should a pay for a statement, when it is all down to EE that I cannot see it on line, so let us hear what off com and people on social media make of the that
