Still having a number of issues since I joined EE in June 2024. A number of times a day I have to re set the router as the WiFi just knocks it's self off.
Engineer been to the address and have said there's nothing wrong the problem still continues. Spoke to EE who have reconfigured the router and said it wouldn't happened again. The following day bang it happens again.
So enough is enough I can not be dealing with this all the time daily so decided to lodge a formal complaint.
Had an email yesterday confirming that I am able to leave my contract for Broadband and TV without any early termination charge. I have received this in an email so thankfully have it in writing now.
I have now found another provider and will be moving shortly.
I am running for the hills whilst I have this option because I'm really disappointed with the EE Service I have received although their complaints department have been superb.
Good luck to all other EE customers but I couldn't tolerate the intermittent issue with broadband dropping and not being able to watch TV.
