EE are just rubbish and liars

I have spent over 5 hours on the phone, and still they lie, was told I would get update broadbraod twice and never got, I have never got a confirmation leuiopmentter or email to what services I have, messed up my mobile, finally someone called me after I complained, BUT they like the sound of the own voice for more than mine, told me they had cancelled my new broadband, and they told I could live as I have signed, they promise to send me my contact, which they have not, sent me email to look at my bill, and when I login its not there, they should go the jail

Are you trying to view the mobile or broadband bill? 

Were you advised why the broadband was cancelled?

i cannot see my account, but you have taken my 88. from my acoount when i have not opened an account with you, you lied about broadband, you lied about about my mobile, the person how called to help was just a wasted of time and should not work for you, i still cant see my bill in my account, you sent me mail to ask for thingsthat i never had, you never send me what an email and post of my details so i have no idea what is going on and you refuse to tell me i

I still am not getting anywhere, not I can't see my bill on my account and have been on the phone for over an hour, still nowhere, and reply to my complaints online or mobile, BUT THEY HAVETAKEN 88.00 FROM MY BANK ACCOUNT but I do. to what for, as they cannot let see my bill. rubbish, lairs and now for more

I have spoken to them once again for over an hour, still nothing and cannot see my bill as they have messed up account as well, so now reporting to over places, and a lot more things they have been cheating me

of the many many problems I'm having with EE, and after over 6 hours calls still not getting anywhere  with there help line, they finally agree that there is a problem with my account, so I cannot see my statement, but they have taken 88 pounds out of my account, but cannot see what for, and every time a call someone they give give a different reason.
