I have spent over 5 hours on the phone, and still they lie, was told I would get update broadbraod twice and never got, I have never got a confirmation leuiopmentter or email to what services I have, messed up my mobile, finally someone called me after I complained, BUT they like the sound of the own voice for more than mine, told me they had cancelled my new broadband, and they told I could live as I have signed, they promise to send me my contact, which they have not, sent me email to look at my bill, and when I login its not there, they should go the jail

Somehow EE have messed my account so I cannot see my statement, but they still take money from my account,
