EE app not showing Smart Wifi

My broadband connection is working fine, but when I log in to the EE app, it is no longer showing my Smart WiFi devices, so I can't click on them to see which devices are connected via each access point.

I can tell that they are working, because if I click on a device it says "Connected to" and lists the Smart WiFi devices.

Where the Smart WiFi devices used to be listed alongside the Smart Hub Plus, there's now an option to "Set Up Smart WiFi", but that doesn't work because the devices are already set up.

Seems to be just another example of EE's awful software! Anyone got any ideas for how I can fix it, please?

You don't need the app to see that. Login to the router @ http://192.168.1.254 & look under Advanced > My Network & you'll see what is connected to what.

If you think I helped please feel free to hit the "Thumbs Up" button below.

To phone EE CS: Dial Freephone +44 800 079 8586 - Option 1 for Home Broadband & Home Phone or Option 2 for Mobile Phone & Mobile Broadband

ISPs: 1999: Freeserve 48K Dial-Up > 2005: Wanadoo 1 Meg BB > 2007: Orange 2 Meg BB > 2008: Orange 8 Meg LLU > 2010: Orange 16 Meg LLU > 2011: Orange 20 Meg WBC > 2014: EE 20 Meg WBC > 2020: EE 40 Meg FTTC > 2022:EE 80 Meg FTTC SoGEA > 2025 EE 150 Meg FTTP

Thanks, @XRaySpeX. This works, and I was aware I can do that. But if I'm accessing from my mobile device, it's much easier to use the app. It used to work, but like so many thinks EE software, it's decided to stop working!
