EE Wi-Fi Parental controls not working on legacy BT Smart Hub

Hi Guys

So reading the forums EE still haven't sorted this out and it's created a problem that I can't see how to fix.  The App did initially work for me when I migrated across from BT to EE using my old BT Smart Hub.

I cannot access the Wi Fi controls now and I previously set up my child parameters and now her X Box is stuck on pause after 10pm and I don't know how to un-pause it from the list?  Any ideas?

Thank you

Paul

@smudger280 What app were you using?

EE App because I can no longer access the BT App.  So I have reset my Hub to factory settings via the 192.168.1.254 and it's cleared the parental control list.  However I still cannot use the function to control my kids devices.

@smudger280 When did the EE app stop functioning, do you have any features that are working to view anything on the router, there appears to be weekly updates to the EE app going on, and you are correct, once the BT account is finally closed, the EE app takes over. Do not use the parental controls, so not sure if it is something specific, do you possibly mean a group were you have put all into one to pause?

I'm not actually sure when it stopped.  I set up all the kids devices and put limits on them and it worked fine.  Then my daughter asked for an extension and I couldn't access the manage Wi-Fi option.  I just got that blue/yellow spinning wheel.  I deleted the app, reinstalled and now it won't pair with my router.

When I say paused her actual X-Box is on a list with set limits.  It pauses after 10pm.  Only noticed when she asked for more time.  I think I had over 20 devices on my EE list.

Factory settings seems to have worked.  I guess I will have to wait until EE come up with a solution.
