New broadband and landline account not completing set up?

Set up yesterday ok, WiFi working but home phone only outgoing calls working. Account details and order tracking show order not yet completed. Tried to call cust help via my mobile but agent said couldn’t hear me and just cut me off. Not a great first day with EE.

Have you managed to get back through to speak to someone in our customer care team about this? Hopefully they can see what's happened and get you up and running soon.

Will try again tomorrow thanks. Awaiting a different phone to try tonight .

Try connecting your phone to the back of the hub. If this works then it is your Home Phone Adapter that is at fault. They are not very reliable. If that does not work try plugging into the BT socket where it enters the house it may still be working but they disconnect this after you change over.. I had the same problem as they had not bridged over the BT copper wire system to the EE hub so the order shows as not complete. Call 150 and they should be able to help.

Thanks, it appears to be open reach issue, they have not completed the
transfer according to Mark at customer services so should be sorted
soon.🤞🤞
