EE Smart Hybrid Connect not available with Busiest Home plan

We've finally got a broadband alternative after years of VM 1Gig service, so I was looking to replace with similar or better with EE. The Full Fibre Gigabit Essentials offers Smart Hybrid Connect for an additional £7, but Busiest Home Bundle doesn't offer it as an add-on... even though it's £25 more.

I found a PDF from Nov 2023 where it said it would be an option for Busiest Home Bundle. Has it been paused temporarily?

This isn't my experience. I have a 1.6Gbps account and can't see any option to add Hybrid Connect. Neither was one shipped with the original order 🤔
