EE Smart Hybrid Connect not available with Busiest Home plan

We've finally got a broadband alternative after years of VM 1Gig service, so I was looking to replace with similar or better with EE. The Full Fibre Gigabit Essentials offers Smart Hybrid Connect for an additional £7, but Busiest Home Bundle doesn't offer it as an add-on... even though it's £25 more.

I found a PDF from Nov 2023 where it said it would be an option for Busiest Home Bundle. Has it been paused temporarily?

@ScottChegg Addon to bundle, details of link below. And if no 4g available at your location then no hybrid connect offer will be supplied.

That's what I thought.... but if I select Full Fibre Gigabit essentials it's an Addon:

If I pick the I've lost my mind bundle (Busiest Home Bundle) then it's not showing:

@ScottChegg Posted pictures have to be cleared for viewing, if it gets down to not showing you, then time to call EE CS to get what you need resolved. This lost your mind bundle, (that's the best desc so far) is all about the speed. 4g backup god forgive you would ever need it, crawl along at guesstimated speed 40mb/s, big drop from 1.8gb/s. Would rather tether the phone than have that, and takes up to 20 mins to kick in and 20mins to kick off.

@ScottChegg One separate further point so no disappointment is the EE Smarthub+ the version off present has 4 off 1Gb/s lan ports, and 1 off 2.5gb/s wan port, it is wi-fi 6 (AX) wireless, mesh backhaul no idea if that is any good, many people complain its not fit for purpose because of the lan, and the replacement is in the pipeline and its not coming out of there anytime shortly, so it would appear. USB interface cannot be used for anything, and you have to use a stupid mobile app for some functions so you can gather not a fan off that feature. HTH

@ScottChegg   I would give Customer Services a call, not sure if it is just a glitch, but I get the same results as you when I look to order at a site that can get Ful Fibre.

Yeah, reading the threads about the Smart Hub Plus has not filled me with confidence but the nicety of the 4G backup option AND the improvements to our existing EE phone contracts (I'm capped on 100Mbs rather than Unlimited), made it slightly more tempting.

However, I had Talk Talk Fibre years ago and it was problem-free, and they are offering the 900Mbs which comes with a pair of Amazon  Eero Pro mesh doofahs... which are known to be pretty good, for £33 a month.

Yeah... I ain't ringing anyone. It would be a very, very last resort.
