I'm experiencing weird issue where now 3rd time in the row exactly at midnight our Broadband drops and Hub is flashing green. Every morning I have to reset the hub to get it to reconnect.
Is this known issue? I had stable connection without such issues for months until now.

So it did happen now again LAN, PON and Power all solid green on the ONT. Can’t connect to hub admin even directly with Ethernet cable. This is certainly a frustrating situation.

Yes. Factory reset with pin at back of router.

One more note. I’ve reset the hub and light turned Aqua. So I don’t think it’s network maintenance

@Lochness42 @SN26 @Zolka Since all three off you now appear to be having the exact same effect and the EE Pro router has completely locked up, unable to get to it with the web manager interface and that is reported by @Lochness42, requires a Factory reset to even get it working again, have tagged @Christopher_G the EE support group to make aware off this thread, hopefully depending on his at work schedule he will reach out or get a specific support involved with whatever would be required for your next step or steps....🤔👌

@Lochness42 Sure looks like it is not a maintenance issue as you have what would seem a complete locked up EE Router when off/on does not make it recover, the web manager does not allow you to get to it in the slightest at this point in time once you are flashing green, and you will see the group has now grown to three, have also tagged EE support, expect they will pick up the thread and reach out the resources that all will require! Since you have managed to get up and working again quickly after the midnight lockout, can you possible web mange to it, or if you are an app person see where and if the FW has moved on from what you reported yesterday as the version!
