EE Smart Hub Pro 7 not port forwarding correctly

I've set up a static IP for my PC and forward 44274 but it remains closed and I can't access it. I've never had an issue port forwarding on any other router, including the BT Smart Hub 2 which was replaced when I moved to EE Fibre 900.

I even tried enabling DMZ, but that didn't help either. If anyone knows how to fix this, please let me know. Screenshot 2026-03-17 031354.pngScreenshot 2026-03-17 031436.pngScreenshot 2026-03-17 031205.png

@mrhuk Have you tried changing the name> would not use the # symbol as it is a special character may be causing an issue so worth changing it to see.

What do you have listening on port 44274? The port will only show as open if there's a service/application actively listening for traffic.

Given it's a Windows machine, have you checked that the network connection is still set to 'Private' rather than 'Public' when connected to the Pro? Windows has a habit of sometimes reverting that setting when connecting to a 'new' network.
