EE Smart Hub 7 Plus Orientation

Anyone use the Smart Hub 7 Plus on its side rather than upright?

The shelf space where my existing BT Smarthub 2 is positioned is only 15cm high.

@townfan63 It's designed to be upright, so do use it that way, longer cable and reposition the 7 Plus hub. You will see the advice in the section.

  • Keep device upright on its stand at all times to avoid overheating.

You also can just keep using the BT Smart Hub 2 if you wish, unless you have another specific reason to not do so.
