Hello,
We recently upgraded our internet connection to FTTP .
At the same time I decided to change our hub from the old BT smart hub 2 to an EE Smart Hub 7 Plus (Model SH35A).
Ever since then we have been experiencing drops in the WiFi connection every few minutes, only lasting a second or two.
What could be causing these drops?
Thanks

Are the drops with any particular devices?

Seems to be all devices

Can you on a browser enter 192.168.1.254 & check your Network & System uptime ?

@hayleyspencer24 From your posted connection info, the EE Hub has been on and powered for over 28 Days and since then you also have not had a WAN disconnect off any kind as the Network has stayed up well for at least 18 Days off operation.
If you are having wifi disconnect's and it is indeed all devices and all the bands operation can you return the BT Smart Hub 2 back on the connection to see if you have the same or similar happening. That will rule out the FF Full Fibre connection if everything stays up in operation.
If you can also take a look at the Advanced section and then the Hub Log files to see if anything is shown there. It has been at least 3 months since the FW for the hub was updated, and although it is slated again to be done as yet no one has reported the last version being applied to the EE 7+ Hub. see the latest that the 7+ is destined to be heading from the pinned posting.
