Can someone to the love of god help me?

I have been moved from bt to ee and the upload lag ping for gaming is like 3k jitter.

i am wanting to try fix this by getting new third party hub but unsurprisingly ee hub isn’t great to do this and will get double Nat?
Can anyone help

@Brownc1 Trying to see if you can go to your settings and turn on Private Messages, your setup may allow so but is level dependant!

I’ve had a look through it and don’t think there’s an option.
is there any other way I can pm you?

Why PM? Where's the secrecy in this? This is a forum!

I was asked by Jim, so I’m guessing that’s who you replied to?

@Brownc1 There is no secrecy involved it keeps the traffic down then you can do your step setup guide if you find it helpful, nothing else.

Let me know when/if you get the the Tp-Link connected and online, qic setup guide linked above from the Tp Site!

legend thank you

Hi mate do you by any chance know what my dsl modulation is? Or where I could check please?

@Brownc1 You are on VDSL2. if you are seting up now, say what is on the screen and any choices that it is giving you! Auto setup should basically get you connected, pppoe, and the EE Third party settings from earlier!
