EE Modem Flashing orange and box on wall has no lights

My internet has stopped working and therefore also my TV

The modem is flashing an orange light and the little white box on the wall is showing no lights at all

We have tried unplugging the modem waiting 5 mins and then restarting it but still nothing

Does anyone have any idea how to fix this?

If not I'll have to give them a call

@Robb1962  If the ONT - white Openreach box on the wall, or the older modem has no lights, have you checked the power supply and cable are plugged in correctly. If so the sooner you call customer services the sooner it will get fixed.
