EE Home broadband Orders being Cancelled wrong address

Have been trying to get Home Broadband and have ordered it 3 times only to be cancelled a day or two after being ordered as the address is wrong, my property when I moved in had the same house number as next door so I had to get on to the council to issue me with a new house number with an A attached the address has been registered and is showing on the Royal Mail database but not on the openreach database

Welcome to the community, Have you spoken to customer service? They are best placed to sort this out and explain what is happening with your address.

To contact EE customer service dial 150 from your mobile phone or ring customer service for free using Skype or another phone: +44 800 079 8586 or +44 800 956 6000.

I have been told to just keep an eye on the EE/BT website to see if my address becomes available I havnt had much help! Can an ORDI request not been done

@Dangs24 Until the EE/BT updates to show your now corrected address to match then you are in limbo. It is not easy to find out if an ORDI has been completed, and even if it has there is NO instant everyone is informed. If it does not show up try another ISP BB search to see availability at the address with your +A!

@Dangs24  as you suggest an ORDI needs to be completed, and they don't happen by magic.

If you have existing broadband then it needs to be done by your existing supplier.

If you do not have an existing supplier, then you will need to ask a new supplier to do so, alas there is no account access on here so we are unable to do so.

If Customer services persist with the keep placing another order then you would be better off going to another supplier who can help you. There are companies who have a good reputation for getting around such issues.
