EE Broadband APP WifI Controls not working

I have recently signed up to EE Broadband.   My broadband is working fine, however the APP WiFi controls feature and the Wifi enhancer are not available on the app or via the website.   An error message appears and states it is a problem with EE.  I  have spoken with the technical team at EE on two occasions and they have recommended i reinstall the APP and restart the router.  I have now done this many times and the APP features are still not working.   This is very very VERY frustrating!    I am going in circles with the EE technical team and it is not clear how or if this will be resolved.  EE is not living up to expectations.  If there is an issue, i would prefer EE acknowledge the fault and advise when it will be fixed rather than directing me to do the same thing over and over again (i.e reinstall the app).   Can anybody help?   Is this new feature just a myth?

@Yahia1 Is there anything working in your EE app?

We moved to vodaphone broadband!
It's working tonight but hasn't worked all weekend the Internet hasn't
dropped out today but dropped out 9 times over the weekend which required
two router restarts and one reset!

@Wbrett01 Took a quick look, you have not posted anything about drops or restart's, is this new issue for you, apart from the ever problematic app issue's that some have.

Only my usual telephone lines. There is a broadband section which is unable to show me billing info or manage WiFi controls because it is waiting for their activation.

@Yahia1 Are you waiting on EE to link your accounts, and you have not done so yourself, or failed when you tried to do so?

I’ve tried and failed and it says they have to do it. And it’s in their hands and has been for three weeks.

@Yahia1 Your at the mercy of the EE support then, all you can do is try/try/try....

I swear there messing with me it's been fine all day and now has just
dropped! Having to do a router restart again!

How is Vodadone’s broadband? Are you happy with them and also  how is their parental control? I am also planning to move to Vodafone. Thanks.
