EE Brightbox 1 (R) admin access

I am trying to access the admin page of my router with the name and password sticker on the back.

It is a new router and I am not able to login in using http://192.168.1.1

I am running Windows 11 and all I get on the Chrome browser screen is:

Your Internet access is blocked

Firewall or antivirus software may have blocked the connection.

Try:

ERR_NETWORK_ACCESS_DENIED
 
I have tried turning off the firewall on Norton 360 and it still comes up with the same error.
 
I am not very computer literate, any ideas how I can fix it?

Try rebooting the router & possibly the PC.

I've reset the router using the pinhole on the back several times and restarted by PC without any luck.

What lights are showing on the router?

All the lights are lit on the router, I can access the internet without issues.
