WiFi is a connection between your mobile device and router, and is completely independent of EE's mobile network.

Do any other of your devices have problems connecting to your home WiFi? Laptops, other phones or tablets?

What happens when your phone tries to connect to your router?

Yes I'm glad I'm not the only one.

It drains my mobile data, it's so annoying.

It only seems to be at home, I can connect in other places.

Hi @RebHarr93,

Welcome to the EE Community. 🙂

What happens when you try to connect to WiFi?

James

I think I've got it sorted now. Fingers crossed!

Forgot WiFi then re did it all and did advanced settings as well and turned
phone off/on and seemed to work.

Thanks for letting us know, @RebHarr93 🙂

Although may have to ring EE about it as it keeps loosing signal again and
struggles to connect.
Only seems to be my phone though.

Rebecca

Hi,

It says connecting, then saved or access point full or failed to connect to network.

It won't even connect now.

Hi @RebHarr93

Can you connect to any other WiFi network?

Leanne.
