I am looking at getting fibre 500. I currently have fttp from BT so no work needs doing but they still want to charge £30 and don't know why.
Anyone advise or know how to get round this please seems ridiculous

Hello @Saffy1985 ,
Welcome to the community,
Have you checked what EE can offer, it will also depend on the speed you can get:

@Saffy1985 It is EE's standard set up fee on all full fibre products.
Make sure you remember your EE mobile number so you get the extra data and discounted broadband fee.
