EE Boraodband dropping out constantly for past 24 hrs

My Broadband has been has been dropping out for the past 24 Hours every 20 mins or so for about a min and then starts again . I am just outside Newcastle . Is anyone else having problems .

Newcastle may not be very relevant but your EE BB plan & speed and your EE router model would.

What colours are the router's lights when this happens?
