Broadband Constantly Dropping

itsapostnight

For the past year everything has been fine, then from a few weeks ago every day or two the broadband would randomly just drop and reconnect, no big deal for me.

But for the past four days now the broadband drops at least once every 30-50 minutes often times more than once.
The status checker has always shown things are fine, I've done resets too, I can't get through to support they just make a complaint for me which I don't want to do.

No exaggeration it's dropped three times while making this post. To be clear it's the broadband and not the router.

Any suggestions, please?

Ok some progress at last, the status checker just switched to recognising a problem with the network, so will sit tight and wait now.
