Mainly broadband. why when i come back into my house from being out, do i have to connect to my broadband user mainly BT. I started with BT,then it went to EE, and if i want to log in to EE i have to sign in to it and then it says account not recognised. Why is this happening.  I am a BT/EE customer

But which? They are separate ISPs with their own products & services. With whom have you taken your BB contract with?

Are you saying that when you return to your home your BB router is no longer working & connected to the Net or is this just a matter of online a/c's?

Is it that you BB from BT but a mobile phone from EE?

If you are having issues connecting your mobile phone to your BT BB you need to raise that with BT.
