EE and Norton

Neighbour is thinking of moving to EE and in chatting with them, I pointed out  the value of Norton facility we currently have, although their potential package, identical to ours looks a lot cheaper.

Do the new packages include Norton facility?

Makes a big difference if it has to be bought separately.
