I left EE and already handed back my rooter for my broadband from xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx
I just need to make a the last payment of £56.00 but when I phoned to pay I was told that the amount is all of a sudden £66.00, which I am not prepared to pay.
Please could you let me know how to make the one off payment and not to set up another direct debit, which I was asked when trying to pay.

Have you checked your final bill breakdown to see why the payment due is different to what you were expecting?
