Drop out in upload speed causing high ping

ShaneC1996

I've been experiencing ongoing issues with my internet connection over the past few weeks. While my download speeds seem unaffected, my upload speed has dropped significantly, causing high ping (often over 200 ms), lag, and buffering across multiple devices.

I received a message around three weeks ago stating that I was due compensation for an unresolved fault after two days - although I wasn't aware of any issue at that time and hadn't contacted support. Since then, the connection has continued to deteriorate, particularly affecting "upload performance.

Does anyone have any suggestions

What is the name of the EE BB plan are you on including its speed? Which EE router & WiFi extenders, if any, do you have (read label or post a pix)?
