How are we meant to say our bills so we know what we’re paying? We can’t ***** read them. This app is a *******. Should’ve left it as it was lol

@1Birthday Download the bill as a pdf then and use something else to see them!

Good grief, editing a message instead of resolving the issue the unfortunate customer is experiencing. Up to Jim, again (who as I understand doesn't even get a wage from EE), to come up with some advice. Shame that advice involved having to use something other than the EE app to read EE's bills.
1Birthday, the app is not alone in being ******** unfortunately. I added my own asterisks here.

@WhyAreEEUseless It's the same with anything software/computer/router, just got to find the work around to get done what is needed. The app is EE's way off going and they are not ever going to change there mind on that one for sure, would say during my 1 year tenure using EE and the STUPID app was not the 100% success it should have been, old school for me, just not a mobile phone person, they are for making phone calls as far as my mind is concerned!
App chocolate teapot, or fireguard what ever is your preference....
Just glad to be done with it all and NO longer a EE customer with ANYTHING!
