I would just like to say, never ever swap from BT broadband to EE broadband,
I have been with BT broadband forever and never once had a problem with the speed, I got talked into joining EE broadband, worst thing I ever done, the speed I get now is absolutely dire, I have to turn off My home EE broadband and use my phone as a hotspot to get anything other than nothing speeds, please do not swap overto EE broadband, worst thing I ever done, and I’m going to pay to get out of this contract as it is unusable, please be warned

@Bewdley13 Definitely not going to disagree with your statement, you are correct but then again marketing get's to say what it want's, and others have to try and back that up which is proving somewhat difficult...

Here’s the letter I received from BT including doodles and scribbles. No mention of EE in the original letter. I mention it in my handwriting - by which time, the savings and apparent higher speeds were a no brainer. So it seemed. If the letter had clearly spelt out that it would require a move to another provider I would not have telephoned BT about it in the first place, the letter would've gone straight in the bin.
