Hi I am getting ee broadband, it says order complete online. Appointments is booked for this Monday 10th March 8-1am however I haven’t yet received any details of the equipment and not received delivery details of the equipment.
on order it says equipment delivery 7th March and says completed but received nothing? Or will it be delivered 7th and get tracking then as not had anything other than confirmation of engineer appointment or will they bring it with them?

You usually get the BB kit a working day or 2 before the installation date.

@Kirstyswindon You should also get an e-mail when equipment is dispatched from EE, with all the info and allowed tracking etc, have a quick look incase it popped into your spam box!
