I've been trying to pay my bill since 5am! Just keeps telling me error but sky is also doing the same. (I've been paying them for Wi-Fi) even though I switched about 4 months ago!! I can't call right now to pay either

DownDetector reports no problems at BT but shouldn't you be enquiring of BT rather than EE?
