Hi all
Should be a quick one to answer I imagine.
My order says I should get my kit on Sat. Do EE email with the carrier, and tracking details, or maybe do you get a notification from DPD (or similar)?
Thank you.

Got the text & email, so just waiting on Royal Mail to deliver on Sat.
It annoys me that EE delay the shipping for it to arrive on Sat when I ordered last Fri, and the go live is in Monday.
Just send the stuff out so the customer has it which helps to avoid problems with weather, delivery companies, etc.

To be fair, the PO picked it up in the Midlands last night and despite it being 48-hour they delivered this afternoon - despite Storm Éowyn.
Well done PO.
