I tried to reduce my bill and agreed to switch off my landline. But I now have two bills, one for broadband and one for my mobile. This is not right is it. I have phoned 150 and when asked I selected 2. But this is not registering. So I get an unusable text message. Help me please.

If you have BB & a mobile with EE, you will get 2 bills. They are not amalgamated.
