Hi I’m currently sick and not able to work. I’ve heard that a discount is available for people unable to work. Does anyone have any information about this please?

@Leshill79  this article on Money Savings Experts may help and show you options for social tariffs as they are called. Whilst EE do not offer anything currently they should be able to help you to move to BT who offer one. But do make sure you go via EE as you may still be in your minimum contract period and may get charged early termination charges.
