Moved over from BT full fibre to EE (their choice not my mine). Now Digital voice constantly fails - have dail tone but callers can’t hear us we can’t hear them. Constantly having to have the router refreshed.
EE sent new hand sets (as said it was our 2 year old Panasonic phones likely to be issue). Still no improvement and every week we are having to contact EE to refresh. Agents tell me they haven’t heard of the problem but see many posts on it. Has anyone got a solution or had their problem resolved.

Yes we plugged the base station in still no difference.
EE agent said the Panasonic phones were too old and they sent us two new phones. The land line works for about a week, then we realise people can’t hear us so we are onto the customer service team - they refresh the router. It works for a week then the same thing hall again. Never ever had this issue with BT Digital Voice - just when we had to move over to EE and install their new router etc. whole thing is rubbish

Same problem - unsolved - but I have 4 of the BT handsets.
All worked flawlessly with my old BT Home Hub 2
