Damaged fibre cable

Does anyone know how much ee charge to repair or redo fibre cable run? My dog has bitten clean through it

@Debs531   You would be best to give the broadband care team a call.

Openreach may charge for the repair, but until they see what is needed it will be hard to say.

Hope you get it fixed soon.

@Debs531  They should be able to fix that, just be nice to the person who comes to do the repair, lots of tea/coffee choccie biscuits or even a mince pie all can help.

Also ask them if there is a way to run the cable so the  dog can’t do it again. If it’s a new pup a proprietary dog stop chew spray may help, it worked wonders with one dog I knew, but another seemed to quite like it!
