Hi, in the last month I have ported my number to EE network and I also take a board band and I want to update my number xxxxxxxxxxx and  I want the technician to fix the board band in my home

What's wrong with your BB? Which router have you?

For your mobile no., get your PAC from your old network & Once you've got your EE SIM & activated it give the PAC to EE using Fill out this quick form to transfer your number . It should port within 1 working day.
