I am unable to continue paying £36 monthly. This is affecting me financially and my mental health. And the EE network is too slow in my area.

What can I do.

@arizona200   Is this fixed line broadband or 4G/5G cellular broadband?     The EE network doesn’t give you fixed line broadband.

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

Yes this is just broadband..but then even my normal 4/5G. I can't make normal calls whenever I am at home because the EE network is terribly bad.  people keep asking if I am staying at basement.i miss alot of things due to this. I really wish to cancel this EE contract both my sim and broadband

@arizona200   So you have 2 issues.

1, your BB contract

If you’re having issues paying for your broadband contract you need to call customer services about this and explain the situation.

2 Your mobile phone connection.
The connection to the local mast can be impeded by your home as buildings can block cellular signals.   What’s the signal like outside?      Indoors you have a be use of WiFi calling provided you have a WiFi connection.

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

@arizona200 You can cancel your services, both home broadband and mobile, they are both separate from each other, the cancellation charges that are applied are worked out based on how long your remaining months are from the 24month contract period. You can work out from the help guide copy below, or call EE CS and they will give you the figure.
