Anyone else get the continual flashing orange light on the router?
Openreach confirm no issues their end. 6th day straight with no internet
EE accept fault but issue is still ongoing.
Have to complete the following. turn off router - turn off openreach wall mounted kit - turn on openreach wall mounted kit, turn on router. This gets me back online but goes off again within 60-90 mins
Just wondered if anyone else was or did have this issue and if so how was it resolved. I have a new router on its way which EE think will fix the issue

@Alzyaman Have you tried just turning off the ONT for the OR side, leaving the EE Router powered to see if it auto reconnects once the ONT has rebooted?

Apologies - unsure why i clicked that this was the solution
tried this but it didnt work - the aqua light came on but was unable to connect to any websites. issue is with EE and the service pack/ docs against my address - it refuses to allow me access to the internet

the ONT has a solid light on the LAN rather than the intermittent flickering

OK, I've undone it for you.

@Alzyaman that sounds like a faulty router, or faulty ethernet cable between ONT and router - has this been replaced?

yes the cable has been replaced, tried alternative router and this also had the same fault
needs resetting every 60-90 mins
worked perfect for 6 months then just stopped
new router arrives today so fingers crossed

Morning all. Update here.
install completed, fast speeds recorded on fast.com. Standard 60 minute working time and then nothing. Just on the phone to ee now and they can’t get the notes from the OR engineer so no one is really sure
no real info or knowledge from the ee team. (You have to go through the whole problem each time and explain everything again) but they are all really nice. Only issue is I have no broadband and there is no idea as to how to fix it. Ee have now emailed themselves to see if there is someone who can come to my house. I just now need to wait and hope someone comes.
