I have moved over from BT to EE, So far worst mistake I have ever made.
The buffering while streaming is a nightmare. I am streaming the usual Netflix, Disney and Youtube via my Sky box. I have reset my Smart Hub, tested the connection through the EE app and had them restart my hub. EE state no issues in my area.
Anybody have any suggestions to fix such issue, Its becoming impossible to watch anything.

@Simon10011 do you still have your BT hub, if so are you able to plug that back in and give it a try?
What service speed do you have?
Are the fevices connected via WiFi or wire cable?

I agree. Buffering is constant. Things are almost unwatchable

Morning @DebbieChristie
Thanks for coming here 🙂
Which router are you using?
Do you experience any connection problems with other devices at the same time?
Speak to you soon.

I too upgraded to EE 900mb full fibre on the 13th of this month and all of my streaming services have now the buffering issue. I was on a 42mb BT connection before and it never buffered once. What is going on?

@Burbonizer So what has changed?
17-11-2024 04:55 PM
An upgrade supposedly.

@Burbonizer New upgrade, is just one, New router? Same router nothing changed? Is it in the exact same position as the previous router?

Well yes, new router aswell as I don't have full fibre before only fibre to cab.
The router is in the exact same place. Hard wired to the sky box to stream the services.
With this much buffering I am now questioning the move I was going to make to the EE TV service.

@Burbonizer So your next question is what router do you have, link below for pictures. On an EE FF 900mb/s ethernet connected there should be zero buffering issues. Something else is going on. I have on 5th Nov moved from a 40/10 fttc to a 500mb/s FF, and do not see any streaming, download or anything speed related. New FF ont, swapped cable, same router as before, exactly same network. Have a look at the link, and if you still have your BT router, feel free to put it back on the network, it will work fine....
