I have been with EE for nearly a year (broadband/TV/landline package) I have had  issues from the start broadband always going down many times a day (if for a short while - which is very annoying) tv often buffering whilst trying to watch programmes, I find these services are not fit for purpose (I wish I had stayed with SKY) sadly I have a two year contact.  Sadly EE do not seem to be able to fix these issues.

@Snuzan59 : What lights show on the router when this happens?

If it is a neighbourhood issue, you could consult Check service in your area  to see if any faults are being attended to in your local area. You may also Report a Problem there.

Have you reported your problem with your BB to EE? They can't do anything about it until you do. Text HELP to 66033 to get EE to test the line & see what needs doing.

What is the name of the EE BB plan are you on including its speed? Which EE router & WiFi extenders, if any, do you have (read label or post a pix)?

If you think I helped please feel free to hit the "Thumbs Up" button below.

@Snuzan59 Also if EE TV is what you have look on that part off the Forum for buffering issues.

We have done all the above and still the problem persists

@Snuzan59 It's kind of simple the questions are asked to find out what you have, the Forum knows nothing about what you have, what you have done, and if you feel you are not capable off doing so try to get an EE Guide out to take a look see what is going on also. Depending on your package it may be a free option if not EE will advise the cost to do so.
