Welcome to the community,

You can do that yourself by logging into your account via the website, not sure what it is for you and change it there.

As I have a legacy system, I do not know what it would be for you, but you should have it somewhere.

To contact EE customer service dial 150 from your mobile phone or ring customer service for free using web based app or another phone: +44 800 079 8586 or +44 800 956 6000.

@Dilder786 : Try following Changing Your WiFi Password on a Smart Hub but ignore Step 5 as not being applicable to modern EE SH routers.
