(please do not merge this post with previous post of mine it's a different issue)
Still having issues with WiFi and loosing connection.
Engineer was sent and advised no issues.
But every day I have to re start the router about 3-4 times a day as it is dropping the WiFi connection this is not due to signal through the property as this is now good throughout.
After the restart of the router it is back on again.
When the WiFi drops the light on the hub remains as an aqua no change in colour.
The engineer mentioned getting WiFi disks but there is no issue with the signal it just isn't keeping connected.
EE have reconfigured my router and advised the issue would be sorted - but it isn't and still going on.
I must say i am fed up of this restarting the router all the time. I have opened a complaint and want it resolved. It appears it drops over night but also it happens during the day

Hello @Welshy89 can se you have a Smart Hub 31B - is the issue with general Wi-Fi connectivity or specifically to the TV box? Any insight into whether the SSID is advertised and if issues are on both 2.4 and 5GHz bands would also be useful as edge of range and interference can be a bit site dependant, though I would have hoped any engineer sent would have done some checks.

Hiya, I'm having the same problem, as both the WiFi and ethernet ports are consistently dropping out during the day. I've put an old BT hub on now as all OK. I'm struggling to get through to ask for a new Smart hub. Clearly dropping out is a ' common' problem.

Hi @andy5wales could you drop me a DM with your serial number and I'll take a look to see where the issue might be coming from and from there what might be the best option. Are/were you using any Wi-Fi extender with the "problematic" set-up?
