Connecting TV to new broadband hub, I have Panasonic TV and it won’t connect

I have a new broadband hub just arrived, all working but my TV’s won’t connect what do I need to do please

Let's see if we can help you get reconnected to your TV, have you made sure to scan for the new router in your TVs network settings, then entered the connection key which should be attached to your Hub?
If that's right, can you please describe what exactly happens when you try to connect?

Many thanks for making contact, sadly I had to go away on a family emergency so was unable to sort before I left…
Is there a way to talk me thru connecting my devices please to the new hub

I hope everything is OK with your family.
Each device is likely to have different specific setup instructions, but generally, you search for available WiFi connections through the settings of the device, then connect to your router with the password on the back of the hub.
How far do you get with the setup?
