Connecting TP-Link RE330 extender to EE Smart Hub

I have followed all the instructions but cannot connect.

My WiFi network recognises the extender, but not the password. This is supposed to be the same as my network password, but will not work.

it's been suggested that it could be something to do with the EE Router and possibly needing to verify the password, but I'm not sure about this.

Any help would be welcome.

@WelshLady1948 The Tp-Link RE500X is were you should start from as an AX comp version!

Can you say what TPLink suggested please, as I am abit fed up putting my router PW in and told is wrong
