Connected however no internet.

Everything was working well and normal and then suddenly we lost internet. Our smart hub had a solid aqua light but no connection from any of our devices to the internet. Then we reset our hub, it connected and showed a solid aqua light again but still no internet, so I factory reset it and now it is a solid yellow light. Please help.

Mins down to but my lights are normal but there's no Internet on any of my devices

There's a UK Wide outage for EE customers just now, Hang tight and hope it comes up soon.

I know that feeling, I was in the middle of a fleet in EVE and lost my connection.
I hope I don't log in back in tomorrow to find myself dead, lol!

Mine is showing up as 'connect without internet'. Router is on aqua as if it's working. Even the data on my phone is playing up. How do you have a broadband/mobile company that is closed half of every day. It's ridiculous

For 8 months I have had intermittent connection, despite 10 yes 10 engineers visit and now there is no connection at all despite router displaying fine.

@XRaySpeX Yeah, it's looking like a full UK Wide outage, got a ping from Fing about 5 minutes after I noticed the outage.

Hi I'm in the same boat my fionce does gaming as a career and we're loosing money because of it!! We got no phone call no email very annoying. Will be making a complaint in the morning

Did someone press the wrong button and turn the while network off at about Thursday 1.20am.. no broadband at all

ISP means your Internet Service Provider, ie: EE.
