Everything was working well and normal and then suddenly we lost internet. Our smart hub had a solid aqua light but no connection from any of our devices to the internet. Then we reset our hub, it connected and showed a solid aqua light again but still no internet, so I factory reset it and now it is a solid yellow light. Please help.

So much for all services remaining unaffected,
I’ve lost all Wifi services, Router has solid cyan lights, yet no internet to any devices/ desktops other than 4G

Yeah can also confirm my connection has dropped offline as well around 15 mins ago.
Tried rebooting, switching from 2/5GHz but no dice

What's wrong with EE network connection now. Its saying connected without Internet. Who can help me what to do already restarted it but no change.

Can confirm from the Glasgow area, total broadband network outage.
Mobile services appear ok, but slow.

My broadband has been playing up alot the last week, but now there is no internet what so ever been down for hours now...don't understand why we are not notified and I don't get how we can't still use our data or internet when maintenance is going on...

I Dont no but our broadband is down completely and trying to use data is not great too! Having to use my hubby's data ATM
