Connected however no internet.

Everything was working well and normal and then suddenly we lost internet. Our smart hub had a solid aqua light but no connection from any of our devices to the internet. Then we reset our hub, it connected and showed a solid aqua light again but still no internet, so I factory reset it and now it is a solid yellow light. Please help.

You didn’t tell us this also includes the bb network too. Lost my connection tonight just like that …good job nobody here is working from home right now. 😞

 

Total blackout of Broadband here too - since about half an hour ago.  Router lights are their usual blue colour, and they come back to blue after a reset.  Currently using my phone hotspot instead.

EE are currently suffering a network wide outage it seems. There's nothing wrong with your hardware, fortunately. We're all being impacted.
There's a few threads about this issue attached to the MyEE update that's currently ongoing as well. Bad timing 😞

Hang tight, and we'll just have to hope the engineers get this sorted fast.

I currently have no wifi, solid cyan light on my smarthub... You guys REALLY need to make sure you let your customers know via text if you are planning on stopping internet, even if only temporarily. My wife works remotely and at present cannot do her job. You are now costing money and potentially my wife's career. 

 

PLEASE improve you communication and customer relations

I can't get into the hotspot it's asking for a password but I have only just turned it on lol 

Same, I paid my bill yesterday for a minute I thought my services had been restricted lol.

FYI folks connection looks to be back - if not try rebooting the router again and you should be good.

 

 

Someone pressed the wrong button during maintenance I'm assuming ☺️

Looks like there's a network wide outage for everyone right now, hang tight, hopefully it will be resolved soon.
